A new prankster arrives in the platoon, quickly ruffling everyone’s feathers with his antics. His constant teasing and jokes push the limits of patience among the soldiers, but Bilko cleverly devises a plan to turn the tables on him. With a few tricks up his sleeve, Bilko sets out to show the newcomer what it's like to be on the receiving end of a prank.
