Episode Overview

After a local gangster disrespects the military, Bilko wagers a staggering 1000-to-1 that Schmill College can defeat Notre Dame in a football match. Skeptics abound, as few think Schmill stands a chance. However, as Bilko works his magic with the media, he begins to sway public opinion, and suddenly, people start to believe that Schmill might just pull off an incredible upset.
