Episode Overview

Bilko gets the idea that the camp is expanding, so he decides to invest in a nearby swamp, anticipating a big profit. However, he soon discovers that the camp is actually downsizing. In an attempt to recover his losses, he aims to market the swamp as prime building land. To do this, he assigns Doberman the task of eliminating all the mosquitoes in the area, which leads to some rather unfortunate consequences.
