When the Colonel's secretary is reassigned, Bilko ensures that the new WAC is the perfect fit, but this move separates her from her fiancé. Once she discovers Bilko's involvement, she makes life miserable for him and the platoon. In a bid to resolve the chaos, Bilko replaces her with another secretary, only to discover that she’s dating the same fiancé. This leads to yet another round of turmoil for Bilko and his men, as the cycle of trouble begins anew.
