The Colonel is determined to crack down on gambling, prompting Bilko to suggest that he attend a class reunion to get him out of the camp. Just when Bilko believes he can operate freely, the Colonel realizes it would be reckless to leave him alone at the camp. Consequently, Bilko finds himself behind the wheel, driving the Colonel to the reunion instead.
