Chyna and Lexi are set on winning the $1,000 cash prize in the Salute to Friendship contest at a local carnival. They decide that teaming up is their best strategy for success. Meanwhile, Cameron and Fletcher are on a mission to find a giant dragon character at the carnival, convinced that it has taken Fletcher's wallet.
