After a false positive COVID-19 scare forced them to cancel the season's opening dinner, Erin and her team return to the restaurant, eager to get back to work. They kick off the construction of the restaurant’s inaugural private dining cabin, but Erin quickly realizes that the project is turning out to be more difficult than she anticipated.
