Joan, an experienced floating home enthusiast, is diving headfirst into a major investment by purchasing two brand new million-dollar monster mansions. She's going all out with top-of-the-line finishes, spacious open-plan living areas, gourmet kitchens, and sun decks on each of the three levels, complete with a tailored lighting design. Under the cover of night, the two luxurious homes navigate through Seattle's locks and canals, guided by a team of tugboats as they reach their docking spots. Ultimately, we witness the stunning interiors take shape, bringing Joan's dream to life.
