For Al's 35th birthday, he expresses his desire for a family, prompting Jill to set him up with Ilene Markham. When Al discovers that Ilene also dreams of having children, he seizes the moment and proposes to her during a Tool Time episode. Meanwhile, Randy and Brad craft a letter to Mark, pretending to be basketball star Isaiah Thomas. In response, Tim and Jill encourage Mark to get back at them for the prank.
