Episode Overview

Héctor stumbles upon the mutilated body of journalist Ricardo Montoya in the lagoon. After the initial shock wears off, the boys come to the grim realization that they’ve lost their only lead regarding the death of the five orphans. When they return to the well in search of more clues, they find workers sealing it off permanently on orders from the school administration. Soon after, unsettling accidents begin to plague La Laguna Negra, confirming the boys’ fears about the looming danger. Meanwhile, Jacinta is in a state of despair, as the postman continues to return the letters she sends to her daughter, Verónica.
