Episode Overview

Thanks to Tyrannis' encouragement, Hippocampus conquers his feelings of inadequacy and secures the top award for his invention at Hephaestus-Con. However, he soon discovers that Hephaestus chose him based on his appearance rather than his intelligence. Meanwhile, Deliria transforms her persona into the 'goddess of no hangovers,' inadvertently igniting a massive drunken riot throughout the city, while Shlub stands by, too intimidated to approach her.
