When a new feline arrives in town, Top Cat finds himself in a bind as the newcomer takes control of his beloved pool hall and alley. To make matters worse, he swoops in and wins over Top Cat's girlfriend, along with his gang of pals. Feeling threatened and humiliated, Top Cat must figure out a way to reclaim his territory and restore his reputation.
