Over the span of just twenty years, automobiles have begun to reshape the landscape of America. With roadways expanding, cities and towns across the nation are adapting to accommodate vehicles. The burgeoning middle class is thriving, thanks to a prosperous manufacturing industry driven by mass production, igniting a national fascination with cars and the liberty they represent. The automotive sector is now largely controlled by three major players—Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler—collectively referred to as The Big Three. However, as their influence grows, the competition for supremacy intensifies.
