Lab Rat creates an enormous boot with the intention of squashing all the flowers at the Kittydale Flower Festival. His nefarious plan threatens the beauty of the event, as he aims to ruin the festivities for everyone. However, the townsfolk band together to protect their beloved blooms and put a stop to Lab Rat’s destructive scheme.
