Overview

Amidst a post-civil war landscape, Manhattan has become a desolate demilitarized zone. Fierce medic Alma Ortega embarks on a perilous quest to locate her son, who went missing during the chaotic evacuation of New York City. As she navigates this dangerous territory, Alma confronts a variety of threats, including ruthless gangs, militias, and warlords.
