Clifford and his canine friends create their own wolf pack and have a blast exploring the island. However, when the moment arrives to howl at the moon, they suddenly feel the absence of their human companions. Meanwhile, Emily Elizabeth and Clifford decide to delight their friends by constructing a mini-golf course.
