Peter remains mute as he sends a warning to Dr. Hook and Mrs. Druse about a sinister force lurking within Kingdom Hospital. This malevolent entity manipulates a delusional alcoholic and firestarter, posing a threat to both patients and staff, as well as their strongest spiritual protectors, Mary and Antibus. Meanwhile, Dr. Stegman's dubious medical ethics and troubling history start to catch up with him, creating a tense atmosphere that complicates the hospital's already dire situation.
