Episode Overview

In 1245 AD, Three Rivers, China, Randal Fox, an engineer specializing in hydrodam construction, calls for his daughter, Sydney, to join him. He is determined to honor a promise made to local monks who are unwilling to leave the area for the dam's inauguration, as they believe the long-lost statue of the Jade Empress lies hidden in the valley. Alongside Sydney, Nigel, Randal, and his young fiancée Jenny embark on a perilous journey along a trail that has been untouched for over seven centuries, fully aware that failing in their quest could lead to a deadly fate.
