The stunning red terrain of Utah's canyonlands is breathtaking yet unforgiving. In a similar vein to the outlaws of the past who resorted to eating their horses in such desolate surroundings, Stroud is prepared to dismantle his mountain bike, which has brought him to this remote area. Along with the salvaged bike components, he possesses a multi-tool, a magnesium flint-stick, and an old energy bar that he plans to utilize for more than just a meal.
