Riggs reconnects with some friends from his youth, only to suspect they could be involved in the robbery-homicide case he and Murtaugh are working on. Meanwhile, Murtaugh discovers a joint hidden in his kitchen and decides to take it to Scorsese for analysis, hoping to use it as evidence against one of his kids.
