Episode Overview
The Prophet, V.I.P.'s greatest foe, returns with a new alliance—teaming up with a terrorist group and a corrupt politician aiming to siphon off millions from the city. To further his scheme, he manages to close down V.I.P. and has Tasha imprisoned. However, in the climax of the confrontation, The Prophet is ultimately defeated, leading to V.I.P.'s restoration.
