La Femme Nikita (1997)

Episode Overview

Jovan Mijovich has just been appointed as the premier of his newly formed nation, but a hit man is on a mission to take him out. Nikita, Michael, and other operatives from Section One are sent to ensure his safety. During the inaugural festivities, they manage to eliminate the assassin, but a hostage crisis unexpectedly arises. A man named Bruner accuses Mijovich of raping and blinding his daughter during the civil war, threatening to kill him. Nikita steps in to negotiate and keeps Mijovich safe for now, but when Bruner's daughter arrives to share her account, her words could sway the fate of peace or conflict for their people.
