Episode Overview

Operations hands Michael and Nikita a daunting challenge: they need to transform five fresh recruits—Aaron Ashmore, Clé Bennett, Kira Clavell, Megan Fahlenbock, and Brian Poth—into fully operational field agents in a tight timeframe. Their urgency is heightened by the emergence of a new terrorist organization, Crystal Sky, which has already threatened Section Eight. Nikita doubts the recruits can be prepared in time and suspects Operations might have ulterior motives, possibly seeing them as expendable. As Michael and Nikita work to protect the recruits, they also face the risk that the recruits' lack of readiness could endanger their own lives during the mission.
