Following the destruction of Substation Three through self-detonation, Section One conducts an investigation that leads them to Red Cell. They uncover that Red Cell has also suffered significant setbacks. In response, Operations suggests forming an alliance, agreeing to share their best agents. Operations chooses to send Madeline, fully aware of the potential dangers involved in this risky collaboration.
