Episode Overview

Torque is transported to Penal Colony Seven by Booster and XR, but he manages to break free and takes control of the facility with the help of his numerous "clones." Meanwhile, the President of the Galactic Alliance is visiting the prison, inspecting its advanced security features. However, the system malfunctions, mistakenly identifying all non-secured individuals within PC-7 as escapees, leading it to target not only Torque and his "clones" but also the President, Booster, and XR. In orbit, Mira and Buzz try to assist, but their efforts are misinterpreted as support for the ongoing "prison break."
