Buzz finds himself taken with the talents of newcomer Flash Flemming, which frustrates Booster. Meanwhile, Ursona Major, the ambassador from Gargantia, reaches out to Star Command about the possibility of joining forces. However, a faction of rebels emerges, vehemently opposing Gargantia's alliance with Star Command, fearing it may threaten their unique identity.
