Zack is thrilled to be selected as a pledge for the Rigmas, a prestigious club, and is ready to go to great lengths to earn the coveted red jacket that symbolizes membership. While most of his friends think the effort is worthwhile, Nicki has her reservations. As Zack faces increasingly humiliating challenges, even his friends begin to question whether it's gone too far. At the same time, Miss Bliss steps in as acting principal for the week while Mr. Belding takes over her classes, giving her valuable experience for potential future leadership. Miss Bliss thrives in her role, effortlessly managing every crisis, while Mr. Belding struggles with teaching, feeling overshadowed by her competence.
