Title: Unwinding Plot: At The Rock, tensions remain palpable as the girls navigate their training amidst the unexpected return of Lauren, Steve, and a potential new heavyweight coach. Before the new coach implements a rigorous training schedule, Emily, Payson, and Kaylie decide to attend a high school party to relieve some stress. However, the night takes a turn when Emily encounters Razor, Kaylie clashes with Carter after he uncovers her deception, and Payson feels frustrated by the frivolous nature of the event. Instead of a fun escape, the evening adds more pressure to their lives. Simultaneously, Lauren's birthday celebration goes awry when Summer unexpectedly arrives at her dinner.
