Title: Caught in a Tight Spot Plot: In an effort to inspire the girls and prepare them for Nationals, Sasha invites Marty and the Denver squad to compete at The Rock. Payson is eager to prove herself as the top gymnast, but an old injury resurfaces, threatening her ambitions. Emily is equally determined to shine, yet Sasha has other, more basic tasks in mind for her. With reigning Nationals champion Kelly Parker (guest star Nicole Anderson, “JONAS”) joining the mix, the girls face a true test against the Denver team. Meanwhile, Carter must reassess his relationship with Kaylie after Sasha and Lauren present him with an ultimatum.
