The Rock girls get ready for a competition against the Pinewood Club, currently the lowest-ranked gym club in the nation. They're anxious that facing Pinewood won’t provide the challenge they need to gear up for an upcoming international meet in Hungary. At the same time, Damon and Kaylie grow closer as he begins working on his album in the recording studio located at her house.
