Episode Overview

Anne sees Richard leaving Buckingham's chamber late at night. "You know him best," she tells Catesby. "If he's concealing anything, I need to know." To uncover Richard's mystery, Anne suggests they switch roles at an event called "The Devil's Paradise," with her dressed as a man and Richard as a woman. Although Anne's plan is meant to expose Richard, the banquet turns out to be a huge hit, and they find themselves enveloped by an adoring audience. Suddenly, Buckingham makes an entrance, appearing in a devil costume.
