Episode Overview

Title: Bed of Roses Plot: George Maxwell, a reformed playboy, has recently tied the knot with his boss's daughter, Mavis. When he meets up with an old flame to settle a debt, he discovers she has been murdered. As he returns home, the cab driver who took him to the scene threatens to expose him for blackmail. George confides in Mavis, who responds by killing the cab driver and disposing of his body in their rose garden. Mavis then reveals she also eliminated his ex due to her own blackmail scheme. Impressed, George later contacts Mavis when his secretary attempts to blackmail him, hinting that more roses are on the way.
