Meanwhile, affluent couple Brian and Christine Addams visit the Shumway kitchen to speak with Cathy about purchasing her baby, but Cathy is put off by Christine's elitist demeanor. Tom surprises Heather with a C.B. radio. Garth and Wanda each have their own aspirations for Merle's future.
