Episode Overview

A solitary hermit named Tamo comes to the Honan monastery bearing alarming news: the Fukien monastery has been ravaged by a warlord wielding a cannon, leaving survivors in desperate need of shelter. Among them is a woman determined to become a Shaolin monk. In a moment of vulnerability, she shares that the warlord intended to take her as his wife, prompting her escape. As tensions rise, the warlord is gearing up for another assault, with plans to bring his cannon to the monastery.
