During a locker search for drugs at the high school, Kimberly's close friend, Lisa Fenn, gets arrested. At the same time, a Federal witness in protective custody appears in Rome, raising alarms for Sheriff Brock and his team. Additionally, Carter experiences a bittersweet reunion with his brother as they come together in Rome for their mother's funeral.
