On December 22, 1999, Korean Air Cargo Flight 8509 took off from London Stansted Airport, headed for Milan, Italy. Tragically, just 55 seconds into its flight, the aircraft crashed into a field, resulting in the loss of all four crew members. Investigations revealed that the crash was primarily due to the captain relying on a faulty attitude indicator, compounded by inadequate communication among the crew.
