Episode Overview
On April 3, 1996, a United States Air Force Boeing CT-43 crashes into a mountain while trying to land at Dubrovnik Airport amid thick fog. Tragically, all 35 individuals on the flight perish, including Ron Brown, the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. The aircraft was supposed to utilize a non-precision approach that required two automatic direction finders, yet it was equipped with only one. This technical shortfall contributed to the devastating accident.
