Plankton devises a plan to clear out Goo Lagoon so he can open his latest eatery, "The Mega Bucket." He manipulates SpongeBob into frightening beachgoers away. However, as SpongeBob begins to understand the implications of his actions, he has a change of heart and realizes that what he's doing is not right.
