Julio Galvez had two dreams: to create a film and to launch a toy comic book shop. When his wife suggested the film project was unlikely to come to fruition, he decided to pursue his second passion. Thus, We Can Be Heroes Comics was born in Chatsworth, California! The shop hosts exciting pop culture events throughout the year and has drawn in an eclectic group of patrons, including comedians, comic book writers, musicians, and many others, creating a vibrant and quirky community.
