Kim Kil Whan assigns Jake and Finn the mission to look into eerie occurrences at one of his properties, "Joshua and Margaret Investigations." The site has left his best employee, Renny Hamlond, deeply disturbed, leading her to refuse to pay rent for living there. As Jake and Finn delve into the investigation, they seek to uncover the mystery behind the haunting and restore peace to the property.
