Episode Overview

The owner of Bella Luna Café in Chicago reaches out to Charles Stiles due to rising customer complaints about the delivery service. The Mystery Diners uncover that one delivery worker has been neglecting his duties while running personal errands, while another is charging additional delivery fees, consuming food meant for customers, and reacting aggressively towards those who reject incorrect orders. After a confrontation, one delivery worker is reprimanded, while the other is let go. The narrator later shares that the dismissed worker has found a job at a different restaurant, and the remaining delivery worker has ceased doing errands during work hours.
