In the concluding segment of his adventure, Simon journeys down the east coast, exploring the vibrant cities of Sydney and Melbourne. His travels begin in Surfers Paradise, known as Australia’s Las Vegas, near the Gold Coast. However, beneath its sunny facade lies a troubling reality, as this region has become a hub for organized crime, with police intensifying efforts against outlaw motorcycle gangs. Simon meets with one of the most infamous biker groups to gain insight into their world. Shifting to a different scene in the affluent East Coast suburbs, he joins a veterinary team dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating injured koalas, many of whom fall victim to traffic and domestic pets. Upon reaching Sydney, Simon encounters a city rich in cultural diversity, increasingly influenced by its thriving Asian neighbors, India and China, with one in ten Australians identifying as of Asian descent.
