Episode Overview

George is eager to secure a cleaning contract with a hotel, so he invites the owner, Mr. Claymore, for a meeting. However, Claymore becomes more captivated by Florence and offers her the position of executive housekeeper. Now in her new role, Florence faces two tough challenges: she must let go of a maid who is also her friend and break the news to George that he has lost the contract. These difficult tasks lead Florence to reconsider whether being the executive housekeeper is the right choice for her.
