Episode Overview

Upon discovering that the Jeffersons have brought in a new maid, Florence opts to offer the position to Carmen. Nevertheless, Carmen hesitates, not wanting to take Florence's job from her, and ultimately insists that Florence keep it. As the two women clash over who should hold the position, Louise comes up with a solution and hires both of them. Meanwhile, Florence secretly plots to get herself fired.
