Xev and Kai arrive on Fire to confront Prince regarding Stanley's life essence. When Prince refuses to relinquish it, Kai leaps into a well aiming for the planet's core in search of the essence. Instead, he finds himself stranded on a beach, where Prince mocks him, revealing that he is now doomed to remain there forever, unable to aid either Stanley or Xev.
