After Kourtney's family shows little interest in celebrating Scott's birthday in Las Vegas, she begins searching for a new home in New York City. Once her family learns of her plans, Kris devises a surprise party for Scott to make up for their absence. Meanwhile, Bruce faces challenges as he attempts to arrange for Kim's dog, Rocky, to be neutered.
