The head of the Alto Hospicio police, Rojas and Carrasco, received intelligence affirming the need to head to Tacna, a chaotic city on the Chilean border in Peru. Upon arriving in Peru, Rojas goes undercover within the human trafficking rings that exploit “white slaves,” aiming to locate the missing Chilean girls, but his efforts prove fruitless.
