Episode Overview

Jenny has a crush on her classmate Howard and tries out for his band, landing the role of lead vocalist. As they practice in a basement, friends Kate and Allie host French-themed dinners that double as lessons. They grow increasingly concerned that Jenny is hiding her true self from Howard, especially when she refuses to confess her inability to roller-skate for a performance where she’s expected to dress like a '50s carhop while singing.
