Episode Overview

Mr. Grainger's trousers have disappeared, as well as the central display area. The staff discovers that the space has been repurposed for the "His & Hers" fragrance showcase. Mrs. Slocombe is furious that her underwear display was removed for a perfume setup. Meanwhile, a stunning salesgirl catches everyone's attention in the trouser section. When it becomes known that customers receive free stockings and ties with each fragrance purchase, both departments devise a scheme to eliminate the competition.
