Tensions rise between the Ladies' and Gents' departments and the rest of the store's staff when they choose not to join a strike. To help lighten the atmosphere, the employees organize a life-sized Punch and Judy puppet show for the children of their coworkers, hoping to bring some joy and camaraderie back to the workplace.
